Please complete the Petition to authorize an election to form the Alexander Valley Water District by completing the following steps:

1.      Read the Petition. If you have any questions you can submit them using the contact form on our website or directly email info@rrpoa.org or president@rrpoa.org.

2.      Review the Assessor’s Parcel listing shown on the Petition Signature Page to confirm that you, or the organization you represent, remains the legal owner of the listed parcel(s) and that the information provided is true and correct. Please note any errors or corrections required.

3.      Sign the Petition on the Signature Page provided. (Only the property owner or an authorized representative* may sign.)

4.      Date the Petition.

1.      Return the Petition by August 12 so that we may move the process forward. Please submit the petition as soon as possible. If signed, you can return all pages of the Petition to the RRPOA as follows:

a.      Scan and email your signed and dated Petition to Brad Petersen at info@rrpoa.org

b.      Retain the ‘hard copy’ of the signed Petition and mail it to PO Box 2124, Healdsburg, CA 95448. You may  ask us to pick it up at your location.

*    If not the sole owner of the parcel(s) listed on the Signature Page, please attach documentation that authorizes the person signing the Petition to legally represent the legal owner of the parcel(s) listed.
